Raised in a rural setting and surrounded by a family of farmers and blue collar workers, Jeremy was taught the value of honesty, integrity and hard work from an early age.

Jeremy then attended William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri where he received his undergraduate degree in psychology prior to pursuing his law degree at the Saint Louis University School of Law.
While attending Saint Louis University, Jeremy developed his passion for helping individuals. Through his work at the Saint Louis University In-House Legal Clinic Jeremy had an opportunity to provide legal counsel to indigent clients in a multitude of cases involving abused children, military veterans’ benefits, and varying family law issues. While working in the Legal Clinic, Jeremy was part of a successful lawsuit against the State of Missouri which acted to reinstate eyeglass benefits for over 100,000 citizens. Jeremy continued his experience in an internship position with the Jackson County, Missouri, Public Defender’s Office where he took part in the representation of indigent clients in cases ranging from driving while intoxicated to jury trials for first and second degree murder.
